DLF Projects in Gurugram

DLF has been launching new residential and commercial projects across India and recently announced its plan to launch 7.7 million square feet of new constructions by 2017. The company has also appointed Ashok Kumar Tyagi as its chief executive officer. The company is committed to providing a fulfilling customer experience. According to the company, its constructions are a landmark in 24 cities across India. However, it is important to understand that this website does not make any representations about the compliance status of real estate projects.

DLF’s commitment to provide customers with a fulfilling experience

In its recent campaign ‘Kill Bill’, DLF has launched exclusive dining privileges at handpicked restaurants in Gurugram. The campaign’s goal is to give consumers a wonderful experience and encourage bonding over food. With this in mind, DLF has also announced plans to develop independent floors in Gurugram for further development. Here, consumers can look forward to lucrative offers on food, drinks, and fashion.

DLF Group has a commitment to quality, safety, and value. The company’s residential projects are built to meet international standards while ensuring value for money. The group is committed to a safe, healthy and fulfilling environment for its customers. Whether you are looking for a spacious apartment or a luxurious penthouse, the DLF Group is committed to providing you with the best possible living experience.

Its target to launch 7.7 million square feet of projects

The company has already sold over Rs 1,200 crore worth of premium independent floors in Gurugram. It expects to launch more residential units this fiscal, in order to meet strong demand. The COVID-19 pandemic and the need for larger homes have fuelled the company’s expansion. In addition, the company is launching a new project in national capital in a joint venture with Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC.

The company’s stock has fallen sharply in the past few days due to the weakness in the real estate market. Investors are selling residentials below the builder’s price in most parts of India. The demand for commercial estates and retail malls is still strong, but the supply is much higher. Hence, there’s a big risk of price correction. In addition, most builders have aggressive ramp-up plans, which will hurt the real estate market’s performance.

It has appointed Ashok Kumar Tyagi as its chief executive officer

DLF Projects, an Indian real estate conglomerate, has appointed Ashok Kumar Tyagi as its new CEO, replacing Rajeev Talwar. Talwar had been the CEO since August 2015 but announced his retirement in January. The company has also named Vivek Anand as its group CFO. Ashok Kumar Tyagi was a key player in the landmark deal between DLF promoters and GIC, in which the firm sold 40 percent of its shares in DCCDL to the latter.

DLF Projects’ corporate governance practices are committed to ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The company combines exemplary experience and expertise with the highest ethical principles. DLF’s Corporate Governance Report can be found in its Annual Report. It was verified by S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP. Ashok Kumar Tyagi was named the CEO of DLF Projects in Gurugram, Haryana.

It has not checked the RERA registration status of its projects

Developers should check the RERA registration status of their projects in Gurugram before advertising them. In accordance with the Act, developers must register projects over 500 square meters. Also, developers must furnish proof of depositing 70% of the total cost of the project in an escrow account before advertising it. Developers who advertise their projects without checking the RERA status are liable for fines of up to ten percent of the total cost of the unit.

The MCG councillor who filed the case in the Punjab and Haryana High Court questioned the formation of the authority, saying that the regulator should have included ongoing projects. Mangla said the authority must also hold developers responsible for poor construction quality. However, the authority failed to check the RERA registration status of NBCC Green View in Gurugram. He argued that the authority should be empowered to make the developer responsible for their projects.
