We offer standard hot-pressed boron nitride crucibles and custom-made crucibles. In addition to pure BN99 crucible, we also supply BN compound with silicon carbide, calcium borate, aluminum nitride and zirconium to meet customers’ different requirements. Our BN99 crucibles have been registered to operate at 3500C inert gas. Note that BN also survives high temperatures in vacuum, as it decomposes after 1900C. heegermaterials can supply custom boron nitride crucibles and other machined items with MOQs starting at $200. A typical boron nitride crucible kit consists of a crucible body and a stepped boron nitride lid (lids with holes for pressure equalization are available). Packaging
As a ceramic material, boron nitride is in many cases quite brittle. Our hot-pressed boron nitride crucible is carefully processed to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used for BN products, and vacuum packaging is also used for some parts.
