BB&T means Branch, Banking, and Trust, an online banking option, users can login into the account with zero deposits.
It has a three-part-on-line banking package, users can choose any option free for a 60 day trial period.

To retrieve the user ID of the online banking account:
1.Go to the BB&T homepage.
2.click the “Forgot user ID link,below the log-in bar
3.Select the account type and click “Continue.”
4.Enter details such as: (BB&T account card number,
Last five digits of the Social Security number, Last name, ZIP code, Email address or phone number in active)
5.Enter that information and click continue.
To reset your password:
1.Go to the BB&T homepage
2.click the Reset your Password link
3.Details needed by users:
(Email address, last five digits of the social security number, employee identification number, or Tax Id number, User ID)
4.Enter them and click continue to reset the password.
To View Your BB&T Bank Statement Information
Users can use BB&T CashManager OnLine to review their statements.
- Log in to CashManager OnLine.
- Go to the Reports tab in the navigation menu.
- Select “Information Reporting.”
- Click “Image Statements.”
- Past statements should be available for view there.
- If Users prefer paper statements, call the client support team.
