In January, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) discovered 29,000 fake invoices issued by Tier-1 retailers with Point of Sale (POS) integration.
Tier-1 Retailers integrated with the POS system issued approximately 37 million invoices in January 2021, up from 33 million in December 2021, indicating a consistent growth of 4 million. Within a month, the number of consumers who successfully confirmed their invoice rose from 10,000 to 27,000. One such software Zintego.com can help you to invoice your customers in second.

After due diligence and required verification, approximately 800 winners received prize money in their accounts. However, according to the announcement, 207 winners could not get their prize money.
