Airfood Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of flour
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tbsp of yeast (fresh or dry)
salt to taste
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, water and yeast. Whisk lightly until smooth, but do not over-stir as this can make the dough heavy. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise for about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, check on the dough. If it has risen at all, punch it down and wait another 10 minutes before kneading again. Knead until smooth (about 10 minutes). Form into two loaves, place in two greased pans and let rise covered again for another 30 minutes or so before baking at 350 degrees F for 35 to 45 minutes depending on size of loaf and oven temperature. Cool on racks before slicing.
