Airfood recipe is an air-dried food, a kind of snack. It is made from fruits or nuts and has a long shelf life.
Airfood is convenient to carry and eat. It is especially popular among tourists who want to avoid heavy meals during their travels.
The most common types of airfood are dried apples, pears, apricots and bananas. Although they are easy to carry around in your luggage, they can be expensive at some places.
You can also make your own airfood at home by following our simple recipe:
1. 5 cups fresh air
2. 1 cup ambient light (sun)
3. 1 teaspoon of imagination (optional)
1. Take the ingredients and mix them together until they are thoroughly combined. If you don’t have an imagination, just skip this step and move on to step two.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and then into another bowl, and so on until it fills up an entire room or house with fresh air!
1/2 cup of flour
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tbsp of yeast (fresh or dry)
salt to taste
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, water and yeast. Whisk lightly until smooth, but do not over-stir as this can make the dough heavy. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise for about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, check on the dough. If it has risen at all, punch it down and wait another 10 minutes before kneading again. Knead until smooth (about 10 minutes). Form into two loaves, place in two greased pans and let rise covered again for another 30 minutes or so before baking at 350 degrees F for 35 to 45 minutes depending on size of loaf and oven temperature. Cool on racks before slicing.
