What do you need to know about the Sakal India foundation?

The Sakal India Foundation (SIA) was established in 1959 as an educational organization dedicated to providing a richer learning experience. The Sakal India Foundation offers scholarships to Indian students offered to pursue graduate studies from abroad or research studies leading to a Ph.D.

How will you get the Sakal India foundation scholarship?

Sakal Foundation is awarding scholarships to students in the Vidarbha region. The scholarship amount is Rs. 12,000/- till the education completion.

Eligibility criteria:

  • The students who are residing in the district of Vidarbha have a background from economically weaker families.
  • You must get 85% marks in the Higher Secondary Course (HSC), and the students who are admitted to the engineering, nursing, arts and science, and commerce groups for the undergraduate course are eligible for the Sakal India foundation scholarship.

Required documents:

  • You need the photocopy of the 12th passing certificate
  • You can carry the parent’s annual income certificate

Steps to apply:

  • The students who are meet the above criteria can mention their full name, residential address, phone number, and mail id in the application form.
  • With the application, you can attach the photocopy of the 12th passing certificate and proof of the parent’s annual income certificate.
  • Then you can send all these documents and the application form to the Sakal India Foundation.

Interest-Free Loan Scholarship by Sakal India Foundation:

Sakal India Foundation main goal is empower the education of the students with scholarships. They will offer Interest-free education in credit and career counselling since 2005. SIF offers interest-free credit scholarship for 11th class students in Maharashtra to thousands of students in India and abroad regardless of caste, creed, gender, and religion.

Eligibility Criteria for Interest-Free Loan Scholarships:

They offer interest-free loans to elite students who cannot afford the full cost of tertiary education. The basic eligibility criteria are academic excellence and student achievement.

The required loan eligibility criteria that applicants must meet in order to obtain loan consent are as follows:

  • Applicants applying for SIF interest-free loans must be Indian residents.
  • Applicants must have a verified letter of admission to a recognized study in India.
  • Applicants must have completed a 10th standard in the recognized board.

SIF helps the students from 10th grade through their graduation through career development programs. Approximately 5,304 students have benefited to date. At SIF, contributions to the Fund will guarantee the support students deserve. The entire academic year of one or more individuals can be supported through CDS. Research activities can be supported by donations through research grants. It can donate to the student interest-free loan fund to study abroad.
