Interesting and lesser known facts

dr. Shanti Roy was…
conferred with Padma Shree Award by the Government of India for 2020. This took quite some time. She received the President’s Award on November 9, 2021. As an aside, it has also raised some questions. Shanti Roy now charges Rs. 2000 as a consultation fee. You will get € 1000 back if you buy medicines in her own shop. That’s an unethical business practice for a doctor of such high reputation (some say she’s just trying to get the patient to get original drugs).

dr. Shanti Roy had lost her grandson in a fatal accident in Goa in 2017.

The consultation fee of Dr. Shanti Roy amounts to Rs. 1,000. However, you need to deposit Rs. 2,000 at the counter. $1,000 will be forfeited if you don’t buy medicine from her store. There is no doubt that a doctor of her stature should not be involved in such low-level business ploys.
