Motorola will soon be hitting the ground running in the ultra-premium smartphone space with a new device called the ‘Frontier’. Recently, the leaker Evan Blass shared new renderings of this upcoming smartphone, giving us a good HD rendering of the device’s design.
Motorola Frontier specs (rumours)
The leaked renders showcase the Motorola Frontier from all angles in a glossy metallic gray color with the rear panel featuring a slightly bulging camera island with a large primary sensor.
The device is rumored to come with a 6.7-inch curved screen with narrow bezels and a perforated cutout that houses the selfie camera. Previous rumors have claimed that the Frontier is expected to house the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 successor with the model number SM8475.
For photography, as discussed earlier, there’s a significantly large primary lens, accompanied by a few additional lenses, bringing the total number of rear cameras to three. According to previous leaks, the supporting lenses are expected to be a 50MP Samsung ultrawide paired with a 12MP Sony IMX663 telephoto lens. The device has been revealed to support a resolution of 194 MP, which is easily the highest in the industry.
As of now, however, the company has not released any information regarding the release date of this upcoming smartphone, but we expect to hear more about the device in the coming weeks or months.
